Sandra “Lou” Williams 75, of Bedford, died Friday, December 16, 2022. She was born on January 6, 1947 in Brookville, a daughter of the late Wilbur Wayne and Lucille Williams. Lou was a 1964 graduate of East Forest Hills High School, and then received her degree in Education from Edinboro University in 1968.
