These issues shouldn’t exist so early in occupation. I’m one person living alone I would hate to see what would happen if it was a family of 5 living here. They’re landscaping was poorly designed and installed. They ran a length of PVC under the pavers in the driveway and didn’t bury them deep enough. The result is water leaks in my and other residents driveways.

They just care about you as a worker not a person . Mental health is not a priority as I have experienced at another job. They just talk about it but nothing gets really done about it. Management usually doesn’t even out work evenly. I’ve seen some people struggle because of the uneven work and they have not received helped until months down the road of struggling for so long . There is favoritism amongst management/hr.
We had other licensed landscapers look at.
